NIKKI GOVAN

Chair, Board of Green Industries SA

Nikki Govan’s executive experience combines a rare mixture across public, private and the not-for-profit spheres. 

In addition to her role as chair of the Board of Green Industries SA, Nikki is currently chair of the Adelaide Economic Development Agency, a subsidiary of the Adelaide City Council chartered to promote the City of Adelaide for economic growth.  Nikki is also the immediate past chair of Business SA, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry South Australia.

Nikki is a Director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Australia Day Council.

Nikki owns the nationally renowned Star of Greece restaurant in Port Willunga and Victory Hotel in Sellicks Beach.  Collectively, these hospitality businesses employ more than 100 staff during peak season.

Nikki has served on a number of State Government boards and panels across major events, motorsport, training and skills, recidivism, major events and economic development.
