WES FORD
Director, EPA Tasmania
Wes Ford was appointed Director of the Environment Protection Authority and the Deputy Secretary of EPA Tasmania in May 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tasmania and Graduate Certificates in Fisheries Management and Public Sector Management. He has worked in government for more than 30 years, commencing his career in fisheries research, then moving into management and regulation of aquaculture, fisheries and water resources. Wes also plays key role in emergency management in his capacity as State Marine Pollution Controller for the State.
