DANIEL DOHLE

Principal Engineer, Golder

Daniel is a Principal Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Engineers with seventeen years’ experience in design and monitoring of containment structures such as landfills, containment cells, tailings dams and ponds. He has worked on project in Australia, Europe and South America.

NEIL THOMSON

Principal, Senversa

Neil Thomson is a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer with over 30 years’ ground engineering experience from the United Kingdom, South-East Asia and Australia. Neil has broad and significant experience in delivering ground engineering components of waste management, infrastructure, land development and energy projects in both the private and public sectors.

Neil was formerly the Engineering Manager – Victoria for Cleanaway and responsible for the delivery and obtaining regulatory approval of landfill cell construction, which involved significant groundwater controls, earthworks and geosynthetic lining systems, together with contract management to tight timeframes and budgets. Neil also undertook liaison with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure works progressed efficiently.

HOSSEIN GHIASINEJAD

Principal Design Engineer, Golder

Hossein has been working in the fields of geosynthetics and landfill design/CQA for 19 years, currently acting as Principal Design Engineer at Golder Associated. He has also worked as a lecturer at IUST university for 5 years and has been Iranian IGS chapter vice president and secretary.
