With more than 25 years’ experience working in the environment sector at both local and federal government level, Narelle has extensive expertise in waste and natural management resource policy, project and program development. Narelle has a strong focus on stakeholder management and community engagement to ensure the success of outcomes. 

Lance Ingrams

Regional Manager - Victoria, Hi-Quality Group

As the Regional Manager of Hi-Quality Group’s Victorian operations, Lance Ingrams oversees the development and operations of extensive landfill, quarry, and resource recovery operations as well as a purpose-built spoil processing facility for one of Melbourne’s largest infrastructure projects. Prior to this role, Lance managed landfills for Veolia in the U.K, and Hi-Quality Group in Australia.

Cory Menant

National Business Development Manager, Hi-Quality Group

Cory is Hi-Quality Group’s National Business Development Manager, leading the business’ Waste Treatment Services division, including overseeing the design and build of Queensland’s first PFAS licensed treatment facility. Prior to joining Hi-Quality, Cory held leadership roles in Veolia Australia and New Zealand, and Suez in France, bringing diverse experience across the entire waste management sector.  

Marcus Geisler

Chief Executive Officer, Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council (EMRC)

Marcus has built up experience over 30 years, developing strategies, delivering major projects and developing strategic partnerships in waste management and resource recovery. Marcus joined the EMRC (2019) to focus on implementing the WARR strategy, enabling the ‘linear to circular’ transition and transforming the EMRC from a landfill centric business to a holistic waste management/resource recovery business, repurposing its sites to net zero.
