JOSH WHEELER GAICD

Josh has significant experience in the fields of government business, corporate governance, strategic and business planning, and waste management, resource recovery and circular economy policies and programs through 20 years in the South Australian Public Sector. At Green Industries SA he has led government and corporate business, including the development and passage of South Australia’s Single-use Plastic Products legislation, and also has experience with environmental regulation through previous roles at the South Australian EPA.

Josh is the Acting Chief Executive of Green Industries SA, leading circular economy policy development and implementation in South Australia, and the implementation of assistance, education and incentive programs to support the state’s transition to a circular economy. He is dedicated to a high performing Public Sector and a sustainable future.
