Amal has served in lead engineering and project management roles for more than 20 years in large-scale industrial processing facilities across all phases of project development from front-end engineering, detail design, start-up and operation. Today, he is responsible for leading the development of various capital projects in the energy-from-waste sector in the Australasia market for the local subsidiary of Hitachi Zozen Inova.

Stuart is the Managing Director GE Steam Power Australia Pty Ltd, and has been with General Electric for a combined total of over 20 years, holding business leadership positions across Asia Pacific. In these roles, he has been responsible for the sales, servicing, operation and maintenance of numerous systems supporting thermal power plants, including recent successes in Australian WtE projects.

Vikranth has 23 year's global experience in the Energy & Environment segments. With an MBA from leading management institute, and B.E(Chemical engineering) from MIT Manipal, he's spearheaded projects in Biomass, Energy from Waste, Palm, Power and Sugar sectors. Vikranth previously worked with oil & gas firm TNS Thailand, energy & environment major Thermax Ltd and world-leading cryogenic company Praxair Inc.

Lasse Sander Tobiasen

Chief Consultant Waste-to-Energy, Ramboll

Lasse is a Chief Consultant with Ramboll, a Danish/Global Engineering firm with more than 60 dedicated waste-to-energy experts. Lasse has 20 years' experience in the energy sector with a main focus on waste to energy power plants, and has held strong technical positions in all parts of the waste-to-energy industry, including power plant owner, waste/biomass boiler supplier and EPC contractor.
