Stephen has worked in community related programs for over 35 years including 30 as Manager of the ‘Life. Be in it’ program in Tasmania and Victoria providing activities to build community health.
The last 18 months he has headed up the community development team at Mission Australia Housing in Tasmania. The work includes developing self-sufficiency not only with tenants but also the wider community.
Stephen has a passion for community and seeing how small programs can make huge impacts on people’s lives.
